Bookings are not secure until the 25% non refundable booking fee is received

We do not cover the cost of the room if the nanny is doing overnight care

Our nannies must be provided with meals during the course of the package

Our nannies are not insured to transport children in their personal vehicles 

If our nannies are not staying overnight the latest they stay onsite is 2am
